All Fayette County libraries
will have tax forms and instructions available within the next few weeks.		 Some Fayette County libraries will offer
free tax assistance.
(see below for details.)		 You can file
some federal
and state tax returns
through the web -
from home or from the libraries.
PLEASE NOTE:  While librarians are experienced in helping you find a specific (paper) tax form,  they are NOT able to offer tax assistance!

  *e-filing stands for electronic filing; most personal returns with income under $41,000 can be e-filed from the libraries.   

The librarians are not able to help patrons bring up or use the electronic tax forms.
